I think we'll be using this blogspot location for a while, and we'll change it to a forum or a more *cough* respectable *cough* blogging website then.
So, first order of business:
If you've not checked out http://www.tipwiki.net/ yet, do so. It's a treasure trove of TIPly win.
Also, the main point of this is to get some sort of podcast going where we can have an entertaining, informative, and basically awesome show - made by tipsters, for tipsters. Any ideas, suggestions, (free web hosting), etc, please let me know.
Right now, the only way to really put anything on this page is through my account, not a big fan of that; it discourages any sort of community. If you've got videos, pictures, anything that can be uploaded to this blog, tell me. I'll upload them here and it'll be a bright and happy little blog. Oh yes.
i definitely think a wordpress or joomla/mambo site would be much better...everyone who wanted could have an account and then we could all post stuff
ReplyDeletei haven't got a powerful enough server (but i have something we could start it off of) nor the cash for a unique domain, but it's an idea.
